In-Person Service Paused: We are committed to flattening the curve of this pandemic. With nearly all employees working from home, in-person services at the Island Insurance Center in downtown Honolulu are temporarily suspended. Digital and phone communications will continue and are encouraged.

COVID-19 Discount For Personal Auto Policyholders

To show our appreciation to our customers, and in recognition of the impact of reduced driving and exposure to accidents during these challenging times, we are giving our personal auto insurance customers a special one-time discount equal to 10% of three months of the auto policy premium or 2.5% of the auto policy’s annual premium.
